Nicki Holiday Resort is a beautiful
complex of ten low rise buildings surrounded by beautiful gardens full of
local trees, bushes and flowers. The layout provides guests with the option
of an active or relaxing holiday. The main swimming pool and paddle pool is
next to the main restaurant, which makes it very convenient for parents to
keep an eye on their children playing. Alternatively, there is a second more
secluded swimming pool surrounded by large trees that is ideal for a more
quiet and relaxing time.
The resort has all the small amenities that help make a holiday perfect, and
can provide for a lot of activities if guests decide to stay in. Namely the
hotel has extensive facilities for children including an out door playground
and a kids club. As for the adults there is a tennis court, sauna, a Jacuzzi
and a small gym.
Alternatively , our friendly staff will be happy to assist and direct guests
to out of the Hotel activities and sightseeing. The excellent location of
the complex offers a very convenient gateway to all other activities in the
area, most of which are within walking distance. In. addition, taxi service
is very cheap and offers a good alternative for guests without a car. A
typical ride in Latchi Harbour and Polis town will not cost you more than
CYP3.00 per ride (up to 4 people).
A worthwhile point of reference is the fact that this beautiful complex is
family owned and managed. The hotel is named after the mother of the family,
who unfortunately died in 1996. Previous guests and many repeat clients will
remember her when she made coffee and lemonade for everyone, and when they
had to taste her food if they happened to pass by, when she was cooking for
the family. Today, her three children with their families spend a lot of
their time around the project making sure that guests have a great time.

Our main swimming pool, is a major attraction in itself. Adjacent to the main pool there is a
separate paddle pool allows safe paddling for even the youngest members of
the family. To complete this magnificent choice of bathing pleasure, we have
a second pool in the standard wing which is surrounded by terraces and
mature gardens with tall trees inviting you to lie down and simply bask in the warm sun.
Jacuzzi
An eight person jaccuzzi set up in a beautiful enviroment with mosaic tiling surounding the area.

heated jacuzzi as you experience the wonders of complete relaxation

Estimated time to reach the property is 40 Minutes.
*Coming out of the Paphos airport you turn left towards Paphos town until you reach a t-junction.
*Turn left at the t-junction.
*Soon you will see a sign to go right to get onto the highway towards Paphos.
*You will come to a round about, take the second exit which leads to Polis.
*You will follow the road for about 30km until you reach Polis, which will
take approximately 30 minutes.
*Many road signs are on the road to direct you to Polis
*Once you reach Polis you will see a sign to turn left for Latchi.
*Once you then turn left towards Latchi and after approximately 1500 meters, you will find the
Nicki Holiday Resort on your right had side.
From Larnaca International Airport:
Estimated time to reach destination is 2 hours.
*Coming out of the Larnaca Airport you turn left for Limassol.
*Follow the signs until you get onto the main highway for Limassol.
*The estimated time to reach Limassol is approximately 50 minutes.
*Once in Limassol you go past 6 roundabouts and you follow the road to
Paphos until you get to a round about. At the roundabout take the second exit to Polis.
*Estimated time to reach Paphos from Limassol is approximatly 30 minutes.
*You will follow the road for about 30km until you reach Polis, which will
take approximately 30 minutes.

Airport
