The newly build complex of luxurious holiday villas will operate in May 2008 and will be located on the sandy beach of Pernera in Protaras resort, next to the Louis Althea Beach Apts and will consist of 18 luxurious 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom villas. All villas will have a private swimming pool.

Four bedroom villas

180 sq. meters to cater for 8 people.

120 sq. meters to cater for 6 people.

Additionally all villas will include: Satellite TV, DVD player, safe deposit box, built in barbeque, air-conditioning and outdoor shower in pool area. The Villas will also include electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, iron and iron board, hair dryer, telephone, a/c in all bedrooms and living room included, bath robes and slippers for all ordinary beds which means 6 or 8 persons.
