General Booking Terms

AA Cyprus apartments is part of the group of companies trading in the Cyprus tourism industry for over 20 years.

The information and photos featured in this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge and based on the information given to us from the owners of the hotels, hotel apartments and villas. We will endeavour to make your holiday in Cyprus as pleasant and enjoyable as possible and deal with any SERIOUS customer complaints but can not be held responsible for any inaccuracies to the information given.

Minimum Accommodation: We accept bookings with minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights.

Complaints Policy: Any possible complaints regarding the accommodation should be made to the hotel management on the spot. In the event that customers are not satisfied then they should contact us immediately. Complaints received after quest's departure will not be accepted.

Cancellation on arrival:

An equal to 4 nights accommodation fee will apply in  case that the accommodation booked does not meet  your expectations and you wish to cancel it. Difference will be refunded.

Note: All customers are subject to the internal rules of each accommodation property.

Changing of a confirmed booking: Changing the date or the status of a confirmed booking is not always possible, however every effort will be made in order to fulfil your request, at an extra administration fee of €17.00 per change, except:
(1) in the case of additional nights.
(2) in the case of additional service e.g. airport transfers and/or car hire)

1) Booking Terms for Cyprus apartments

Deposits: In order to enable us securing and confirming your booking a €35.00 (Thirty five Euros) non-refundable deposit is required. The remainder balance will automatically be charged to your account (unless otherwise pre-instructed) 23 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE.

Cancellation before arrival:

1. In the event of cancellation made at least 23 days in prior there is no charge. (except the down payment)

2. In the event of cancellation made 23 - 1 days in prior, a cancellation fee equal with 4 nights of  accommodation will be charged to your account. Difference will be refunded.

Cancellation on arrival:

An equal to 4 nights accommodation fee will apply in  case that the accommodation booked does not meet  your expectations and you wish to cancel it. Difference will be refunded.

Checking-in: The official accommodation night starts from 12 noon until 12 noon the next day. e.g. if you are arriving in Cyprus on the 2nd July at 03.00 a.m. your starting night should be the 1st July.

Checking-Out: The official accommodation night ends 12 noon

Breakfast & Meals: Prices for self catering apartments do not include breakfast and/or other meals. Various apartments offer meals at extra charge. Please refer to the price list of each individual hotel apartment.

Air-conditioning: Generally, category "A" self catering apartments include air-conditioning in their prices. (Except otherwise stated in the price list). Other categories (B & C) offer A/C but at extra charge, per night per unit. (Again, except otherwise stated in the price list) This can be purchased directly, upon check-in. Please refer to the price list of each individual Cyprus Apartment.

Taxes: All taxes are included in the price.

2) Booking Terms for Cyprus hotels

Deposits: In order to enable us securing and confirming your hotel booking a €35.00 (Thirty five Euros) non-refundable deposit is required. The remainder balance will automatically be charged to your account (unless otherwise pre-instructed)  23 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN DATE.

Taxes: All taxes are included in the price.

3) Booking Terms for Cyprus villas

Minimum Rental: The minimum villa rental period is 7 nights

Deposits: For reservations we require a non-refundable deposit of the 30% of the total cost. As soon as we receive your remittance we shall send you a receipt & confirmation. The rest of the amount will be automatically charged (Unless otherwise pre-instructed) to your account, 30 days prior to the check in date and you will receive another payment receipt on that date. For reservations 30-0 days before check in the whole amount (100%) of the total cost is payable.

Minimum Accommodation: We accept bookings with minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights.

Cancellations: Cancellation made for any reason will result in "cancellation fees". The usual cancellation fee rate is as follows:

Notice given from 30-1 days before check in: The cancellation charge is 100%.
No Show : The cancellation charge is 100%.
