This villa is a three-bedroom villa located within easy walking distance of Coral Bay beach and the resort center (approx 10 - 15 minutes walk) The property is comfortably furnished and is set amongst banana plantations. The owner offers true Cypriot hospitality.
The downstairs level consists of a spacious and comfortable lounge /dining area with satellite TV. There is a well- fitted kitchen with washing machine and a small dishwasher and breakfast table. There is also a shower room and WC on this level.
Double patio doors open out onto the rear pool terrace from the lounge area. The attractive 9-metre pool has steps into a shallow end, together with a handrail for the elderly and children.

Spacious patios surround beautiful well-kept lawns and colorful gardens.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. A double bedroom with a small terrace overlooking the village of Peyia and the mountains in the distance and 2 twin bedded rooms each having direct access onto the spacious front terrace. A full family bathroom completes the living accommodation.
