Sister to Villa Olvia (One next to the other) This one level two bedroom villa is located in a quiet location within a five minutes drive to the Coral Bay resort center with all its shops and restaurants and also the same distance to the traditional village of Peyia with its taverns and coffee shops. This holiday villa has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The double bedroom has it’s own en-suite facilities and the twin bedroom a separate bathroom. An open plan kitchen/lounge with all modern facilities is tastefully furnished to a high standard. There is a fireplace in the lounge area. The villa has its own private swimming pool 4.5m x 8m and sun-beds and umbrellas. The villa has a quiet position within easy reach of the resort and enjoys a fantastic view of the western coastline. Air conditioning is charged locally and is payable at the cost of c£2,50 per unit per day.
