Location
Nissi Beach: The Aeneas hotel in Cyprus sits in a quiet location, 2 km west of Ayia Napa town centre, and a stone-throw away from perhaps the most famous, and arguably the most beautiful beach on the island of Cyprus. It is distinguished by its own island, or Nissi in Greek, which is found on the west side of the beach and can be accessed by a stunning strip of white sand separating its two bays. Other unique features of Nissi Beach are its gently shelving shoreline and its very shallow and crystal clear waters. The beach offers plenty of facilities including water sports, restaurants and bars. All this can be reached within seconds from the Aeneas Hotel premises as the beach stands just 100 metres away. For those seeking a more secluded beach, there is a lovely cove less than ten minutes walk from the hotel towards Macronissos. Many beach-lovers find that the water temperature in Cyprus remains warm from mid April right through to mid- November and choose to travel in Spring or Autumn for a cooler and more tranquil setting.

Swimming Pool: Our breath-taking free form swimming pool, one of the largest in the world, is a major attraction in itself, featuring crossover bridges, jacuzzi, fountains, water jets and waterfalls. A separate children's pool allows safe paddling for even the youngest members of the family. To complete this magnificent panorama of bathing pleasure, the entire pool area covering 4000sqm is surrounded by terraces and gardens inviting you to lie down and simply bask in the warm sun.
Restaurants: Few will disagree that discovering local cuisine is one of the highlights of every holiday. From a hearty buffet breakfast to light snacks and fine gourmet dinners, our restaurants cater for every taste and appetite. Guests can choose to dine in the elegant Lavinia Gourmet Restaurant, have a snack at the Avli Coffee Shop or sample the wide selection of dishes available at the Neptune Pool Restaurant. The charming Mediterranean dιcor adds a special magic to every meal, a fine example of which is the fish night where fish delicacies are presented in traditional fishing boats. Our friendly staff is always at hand, ready to serve the most demanding plates with delicious Cypriot and international favourites. Pool-side dining at the Neptune Restaurant between May and October provides more than just an opportunity to sample the finest in Cypriot, Greek, Mexican, Chinese, Italian and international cuisines. These themed evenings are usually accompanied by an entertainment show involving live music and dancing that make the evening a truly memorable experience.
Bars
To provide guests with easy access to refreshments and a
full variety of drinks and exotic cocktails the Aeneas offers four bars
from which guests can be served. The Plori cocktail bar resembles the
design and decoration of a ship and provides a cosy setting in which to
sample its comprehensive selection of drinks till late, accompanied by the
tunes of our resident pianist.
In order to ensure that while our guests relax around the vast pool area
they are never far from refreshments and snacks, the Aeneas features no
less than three pool bars. One of these, the Papagio Wet Bar, is not only
a swim-up bar but has the unique feature of serving drinks in a seating
area located in the pool! However, should that not be enough to tempt our
guests away from their sun beds there is a regular waiter service ready to
take orders from any pool-side location.
Health Club
Throughout the year you can keep fit with our extensive range of individual and group sports facilities. These include a well equipped gym on two levels, an indoor heated swimming pool, a squash court, two tennis courts, a five-a -side football pitch as well as two full size eleven-a-side football pitches just across the road from the hotel. To balance your vigorous workout let us pamper you with a professional massage, or treat yourself to session in our sauna, steam bath or heated jacuzzi as you experience the wonders of complete relaxation.
Bugs Bunny Mini Club: Paying special attention to family holidaymakers, the Bugs Bunny Mini Club (April October and Christmas) for children ages 4-12 with supervised program of day activities and a vast night animation program with kiddy discos, treasure hunts, magicians and much more, is the ideal place where your children can spend as much or as little time there as suits both. Our youngest guests can enjoy endless hours of fun and entertainment at the mini club, childrens outdoor playground, at the mini golf or at the paddling pool. Animation & Entertainment: At the Aeneas we believe that guests should enjoy a rich and varied entertainment program throughout the day. Our expert animation team ensures that there is something to suit every taste and age (available from early May till the end of October). Activities such as aqua aerobics, water polo or water-volleyball are organized on a daily basis. A range of more leisurely recreations such as dancing and cooking lessons, darts as well as other competitions are also organized to ensure that your stay with us is an enjoyable and memorable one. Furthermore, during your stay you can expect to be mystified by our illusionist, introduced to Cypriot folk dancing, entertained with cabaret and international dancing shows, as well as a variety of theme nights while you enjoy your evening meal.
